A Tasmanian Family Distillery

A Tasmanian family distillery

Our vision was to create a truly maritime Tasmanian single malt whisky.

Our years of experience distilling Tasmanian whisky, our natural resourcefulness and our deep personal connection with the ocean collided to create the whisky we'd always wanted on our own whisky shelves.

One that fully embraces our wild coastal provenance, inspired by some of the great Scottish maritime whiskies but truly Tasmanian and distinctively our own.

  • These guys have given me many reasons to be excited about their upcoming whisky.

    Ian Reed Gold Bar
  • My private barrel is tasting amazing; a rich, oily mouthfeel touched by the sea - beautiful!

    Luke Niejalke Private Cask Owner
  • The in-depth workings of the distillery were explained in detail, and the tastings were amazing. The distillery is set in one of the most beautiful locations in Tasmania. I highly recommend Waubs Harbour Distillery.
