Our brand new Limited Release whisky.. Stout Cask Edition Two coming June 11th!  This is a greatly anticipated sequel to our hugely popular Stout Cask edition one, which sold out in under an hour to members of our email list who had priority access and didn’t even make it to public release on our website.

THE WHISKY:

A big, bold, juicy whisky with notes of plump sultanas, salted toffee & dark chocolate. Think dark cherry ripe in a glass. Yum!

Matured firstly in an ex-Tawny Port casks, finished in a cask previously home to Bicheno Beer Co’s award-winning Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Bottled at a decadent 59% ABV.




THE STOUT:

This is our second collaboration with local legends Tom and Phil from our local boutique brewery, @bichenobeer.

A truly circular collaboration, their Barrel Aged Imperial Stout was aged in old Waubs Harbour casks, before the casks were refilled with our new make spirit to create what is now our Stout Cask Edition Two whisky!

An incredibly rich, full of flavour and decadent Stout that was awarded a Gold medal at the Indie Brewers awards late last year. Looks like the makings of the ultimate boilermaker..
