Standard delivery: Approximately 4-8 working days. $15 flat rate.

Express Post delivery: Approximately 2-4 working days. $20 flat rate.

All parcels are shipped within one working day via Australia Post from our distillery in Bicheno, Tasmania. Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post’s schedule. Find info on any delays here.

Proof of age and a signature may be required upon receiving an order. If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe, you can track your parcel here or get in touch here and we’ll follow it up for you.

Distillery Tours and Guided Whisky Tastings are available from Tuesday - Saturday. Bookings are essential. Last minute bookings welcome when available.
