Q: How often do you ship parcels?

A: All parcels are shipped within one working day via Australia Post from our distillery in Bicheno, Tasmania. Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post’s schedule. Find info on any delays here.

Q: What are the delivery terms?

A: Proof of age and a signature may be required upon receiving an order. If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe, you can track your parcel here or get in touch here and we’ll follow it up for you.

Q: Can I do a tour of Waubs Harbour Distillery?

A: Yes, we offer distillery tours finished with a tasting as well as tasting experiences without the tour. Bookings are essential but last minute bookings welcome when available.

Distillery tours: Tours run twice a day Monday through to Saturday at 11am and 2:30pm. Each tour runs for approximately 1.5 hours and takes you through all aspects of making our whisky ending with a tasting in our oceanside tasting room.

Tasting Experiences: Tastings run twice a day Monday through to Saturday at 1:30pm and 4:15pm. Tastings run for approximately 45 mins and takes your through our core range of whiskeys and a limited or special release (if in stock).

Q: Can I buy a tour or tasting gift voucher?

A: Yes we offer vouchers to purchase as gifts for our tours and tastings.

Once purchased, you will receive an email with a redemption code. This code is used when booking the tour and tasting at the ‘add promo/voucher’ section.

Q: Is Waubs Harbour Whisky all accessibility friendly?

A: Yes, we have ramps for wheelchairs and less able walking customers across all areas of of the distillery and the tasting room. We have a wheelchair accessible bathroom in the distillery and there is also a wheelchair accessible public bathroom just outside the tasting room. If you require extra assistance or a chair to sit on during the tour, please reach out to us before at info@waubsharbourwhisky.com and we’ll make sure we organise this ahead of your arrival time.

Q: What if I can’t make a booked tour or tasting anymore and need to cancel?

A: We will always try our hardest to make sure that you are refunded if you have to cancel within reason. Please contact info@waubsharbourwhisky.com if you can’t make an existing booking and need to cancel. Notice period conditions apply for private or group bookings.

Q: Do you offer group bookings?

A:Yes, we can cater to small groups for private functions for tours up to 12 people or for tastings up to 20 at a time. Please get in touch with a requested date, type of experience and how many guests.

Q: Where can I buy Waubs Harbour Whisky?

A: You can buy our whisky directly from our website, at the distillery in Bicheno during a tour or tasting, at bars and restaurants across the country and we also have a range of retail stockists across Australia.
