01 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped direct from our distillery in Tasmania to all states in Australia. If you’re outside Australia, please email us here and we’ll see what we can do.

Parcels are hand packed and posted within 1 working day of the order being placed and shipped with Australia Post. Standard Post delivery is approximately 4-8 working days, and Express Post delivery is approximately 2-4 working days but both are dependent on AusPost's delivery schedule. Find info on any delays here.

Proof of age and a signature may be required upon receiving an order. If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe, you can track your parcel here or get in touch here and we’ll follow it up for you.

02 Private Casks

We are not currently offering casks for private purchase. If you would like to be notified if more come available, please see more information Private Cask page here.

03 Distillery Tours & Tastings

Distillery Tours and Guided Whisky Tastings are available from Tuesday - Saturday by booking only.

04 Events

All details of upcoming Waubs Harbour events are released via our social medias and to our email list. To keep up to date, please follow our Instagram here or sign up to our email list at the bottom of this page.

We do not currently host private events or hire out event spaces.

05 Stockists & Wholesale

Our whisky is available from our website, at our distillery in Tasmania and at selected venues around Australia.
