The very first of its kind for Waubs Harbour.. This is the peated whisky for non-peated drinkers.
Notes of big salted caramel and nougat with a nutty, subtle brown sugared peat influence. Made by lightly smoking our Tasmanian barley with local salt marsh peat, dug by hand.
Only 556 bottles in this entire release! Matured in ex-Bourbon American Oak casks by the ocean at Waubs Harbour in Bicheno, far east coast Tasmania.
