One of our most loved styles of whisky, we're excited to offer this limited release of Double Tawny Port single malt whisky after our previous editions quickly all sold out!

The one that makes you want to go back for more, this flavourful, sessionable single malt delivers vanilla oak, brown sugar, stewed apple, plump sultanas and cinnamon. Last edition was more fruit mince pie, this edition, think apple and sultana scroll, a touch custard with that signature Waubs Harbour maritime character on the nose. Yum!

This edition of our Double Tawny Port began its life in 20L ex-Tawny Port French Oak casks in Bond Room 3 at Waubs Harbour Distillery and was later finished in a 100L ex-Tawny Port French Oak cask, allowing the spirit to soften resulting in a sweet rounded port style whisky.

A beautiful combination of fortified and oak with that oily Tasmanian malted barley coming through in the spirit.
