LIMITED RELEASE YEAST CASK 51.8%

The first of its kind for Waubs Harbour, this special single malt was made with fresh yeast, cultivated in our lab here at the distillery, bringing a new, unique chocolate orange flavour profile to our new make (non-matured) spirit.

Matured entirely in beautiful ex-Tawny Port French Oak casks, bringing rich maple syrup and buttery sultana notes to the choc orange spirit. Yum.

Decadent & with a lovely finish. Only 647 bottles in this entire release, bottled at 51.8% ABV.
