Located in an old Oyster Hatchery, Waubs Harbour Distillery was co-founded by ex-Lark Head of Production and ex-Overreem Distiller, Rob Polmear alongside his brother and sister in law Tim Polmear and Bec Polmear. The distillery's drams are influenced by it's maritime climate, with notes of salinity lingering beneath the small-batch outfit's original and limited-edition expressions.
