Ben’s in Singapore this week, sharing our whisky & catching up with some incredible whisky venues. We’ll be sharing more from his visit soon!



Rob’s been smoking our Tassie barley with local, coastal peat on our new Smokehouse. Over the past few months, he’s been doing weekly runs and has completed his final one for this season. Now to patiently wait while our lightly peated spirit matures here by the ocean.



Tim & Bec have been in planning mode for future releases, distillery renovations and more. They also caught up with Derek at Hellyers Road Distillery, chatting all things Tassie whisky and enjoying some pretty special drams. Always a pleasure.



Daisy & Xanthe have been hosting guests to our distillery each day for Distillery Tours and Guided whisky tastings, while also managing day to day operations, online orders, hand-bottling, hand-labelling & hand-writing our maritime whisky, and everything in between.
