The countdown is officially on with less than a week until the launch of our brand new Limited Release Port Royal whisky - our take on a maritime cigar malt.

Matured firstly in ex-Apera Sherry casks, finished in incredibly rare 70yr old rich Tawny Port casks from Liebichwein winery in the Barossa Valley. Some of the oldest casks we’ve used to date.

We’re getting beautiful sweet fruits, butter & cream from the Apera casks and big, rich sultana, musk & nutmeg from the very old Tawny port casks.

Our team at the distillery have spent many, many hours over the past weeks hand-bottling, hand-writing, hand-labelling and hand-packing each and every bottle of Port Royal, getting them ready to be enjoyed by whisky lovers like yourselves.

Every bottle is done with the utmost care. If you have a bottle of Waubs, you’ll know.

Our incredible email community will receive priority access to this special release at 7pm AEST Wednesday the 13th May. If any bottles remain online, they’ll be released to the public at 8pm.
