(NOW SOLD OUT) Limited Release Yeast Cask whisky, coming March 12th, 7pm AEDT!

The first of its kind for Waubs Harbour, this special single malt was made with fresh yeast, cultivated in our lab here at the distillery, bringing a new, unique chocolate orange flavour profile to our new make (non-matured) spirit.

Matured entirely in beautiful ex-Tawny Port French Oak casks, bringing rich maple syrup and buttery sultana notes to the choc orange spirit. Yum.



Decadent & with a lovely finish. Only 647 bottles in this entire release, bottled at 51.8% ABV. We do not expect this whisky to be around for long.
