On Sunday the 29th October, we hosted over 100 guests at Waubs Harbour for the screening of two incredible short films Reviving Giants by GSRF and Southern Blast by Surfrider Foundation as part of the launch of our new Limited Release whisky.

Following was a Q&A with Dr Scott Bennett from Great Southern Reef Foundation, Senator Peter Whish-Wilson and marine scientist and conservationist Ally King.

A truly impactful and inspiring afternoon hearing more on Tassie’s amazing ocean environment, the major threats to it right now (in particular the impacts of seismic blasting) and the incredible local efforts already being made by GSRF and others to restore it.

Guests were then treated to gourmet skewers by chef Tristan Punelle and local beers, gin & our new Limited Release whisky.
