Members of our email list community received priority access last night at 7pm AEST and wow.. this very special release did not last long!

Salt Marsh Edition Two whisky was truly a labour of love for our team - sourcing our local coastal salt marsh peat by hand, smoking our Tasmanian malted barley on-site, finding the perfect ex-Apera Sherry casks to mature in, sampling the spirit over time, waiting very patiently as it matured for many years on the edge of the ocean and finally, hand-bottling, labelling & writing each and every one.

For all those who got a bottle, we cannot wait to share it with you.
