Yesterday morning, Tim, Rob, Ben & Laurie headed out in the boat from the distillery with one mission - to catch fresh seafood for dinner, to be cooked on-site by chef Andrew Gerstkamp.

And that, they did… Cruising back into the distillery with a haul of crayfish, abalone, squid, king flathead and more. All ready to be prepped and cooked for dinner on the open fire in our distillery courtyard, joined by the rest of our team.

Of course, a Maritime Sherry whisky was cracked to toast to the many years of time, patience and work that have gone into making this incredibly special whisky.. Our oldest one to date.
