Made by lightly smoking our Tasmanian barley with local salt marsh peat, dug by hand not far from the distillery, bringing a nutty, salted caramel & nougat note to this complex, delicious maritime single malt.

Matured by the ocean in ex-Bourbon American Oak casks.

This is no ashtray peat - it’s subtle, earthy & delicately balanced with a super light salt marsh peat influence.

One of our most anticipated releases yet and we cannot wait to share it with you.
