INTRODUCING our brand new Limited Release.. Tokay Cask whisky coming November 12th!

Only 661 bottles in the entire release.

This decadent maritime whisky is the result of an ongoing & unique collaboration between two true Tassie craftsmen - Head Distiller Rob and our Cooper, Laurie, enabled by our on-site Cooperage where Laurie is based.

Rob worked closely with Laurie to shave, toast & char this beautiful, old French Oak Tokay cask to enable the perfect maturation conditions for the whisky Rob set out to make.

The result? A special single malt with notes of poached pear short crust pie with fig, baked walnut and salted caramel. Yum.
