We whipped up some whisky porridge for morning tea at the distillery.


"As soon as we tasted the new Tokay Cask whisky, Tim & I (Bec) looked at each other and knew this was the dream whisky for whisky porridge!

This is something you will have seen over the years, as the Bicheno Ocean Swimmers have swum from Waubs beach to the distillery, to be greeted with warming whisky porridge (and a little dram on occasion)!"

How to make the ultimate whisky porridge?

To a bowl of porridge (oats), add a touch of brown sugar, a dollop of whipped cream and most importantly.. A dash of Tokay Cask whisky.
