Behind the scenes in the Cooperage on the making of our upcoming Tokay Cask whisky!

This was the moment Head Distiller Rob & our Cooper, Laurie, received these special Tokay casks into the Cooperage and popped the heads out for the first time. And wow.. We knew this was going to make one special single malt whisky.

Rob worked closely with Laurie to shave, toast & char this beautiful, old French Oak Tokay cask to enable the perfect maturation conditions for the whisky Rob set out to make.

Only 661 bottles in the entire release, this Limited Release whisky was matured firstly in incredible Australian Apera casks, finished in these beautiful, old Tokay casks.

The result? A special single malt with notes of poached pear short crust pie with fig, baked walnut and salted caramel. Yum.


This special  whisky will not last for long.
