Celebrating our new Limited Release ‘ Salt Marsh Edition 2’ whisky - coming Wednesday 12th Aug!

Yesterday’s team lunch at the distillery was a little something special. You can view the video here or check out the details below. 

Freshly caught fish, from just outside the distillery, brined & then smoked with our local, coastal peat in the Smokehouse at Waubs Harbour.

Served straight from the smoker with a fresh salsa verde to celebrate our new limited release whisky with the people who made it.

Meanwhile in the courtyard, Rob was smoking spent-barley-fed pork and pork ribs, smoked with barrel shavings, from our farmer Will who collects our grain each week.

And, of course, we shared a dram of our new Salt Marsh Edition 2 whisky.. Coming Wednesday the 12th of August!
