Head Distiller Rob takes us through a tasting of our upcoming Limited Release ‘Maritime Sherry’ whisky - coming 11th Feb!
Our oldest whisky to date..
Matured in predominantly French Oak ex-Apera Sherry casks, balanced with American Oak ex-Bourbon casks.
Only 619 bottles in the entire release, bottled at a decadent 52% ABV.

“Such an elegant spirit. It’s really light and there’s lots of lovely fruits like apricot, apple, pear.
Kitchen spices from some of the Bourbon casks but also the oak profile and the age of it.. It’s really nice and refined. I’m very proud of that.”
