Made by lightly smoking Tasmanian barley with local coastal salt marsh peat and matured by the ocean in ex-Apera Sherry casks.

This is no ashtray - it’s light, nutty & delicious.

Head Distiller Rob’s seeing notes of dried pear & brown sugar with a light, nutty, salty smoke.

“That dried pear (from the Apera Sherry cask) is just delicious, it sets the base note and then we’re getting the nutty earthiness from the salt marsh peat that’s so complimentary to this flavour.” Rob
