The countdown is on… Limited Release ‘Salt Marsh Edition Two’ whisky coming Wed 12th Aug!

The first edition of Salt Marsh, released last year, sold out online in a flash and we do not expect edition two to be around for long either!

This is our maritime Tasmanian take on a classic Sherry-matured lightly peated whisky. This is no ashtray - it’s light, nutty & delicious.

Notes of dried pear & brown sugar with a light, nutty, salty smoke.

Made by lightly smoking Tasmanian barley with local coastal salt marsh peat and matured by the ocean in ex-Apera Sherry casks.
