Orders are packed by hand and with care however if an order does arrive damaged, please get in touch here within 7 days of receiving the parcel and we’ll look into it for you.
We’re not able to accept returns once bottles have been opened unless deemed to be faulty by our team.
Parcels are hand packed and posted within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and shipped with Australia Post. Standard Post delivery is approximately 4-8 working days, and Express Post delivery is approximately 2-4 working days but both are dependent on AusPost's schedule and of course COVID-19 may slightly impact timeframes. Proof of age and a signature are required upon receiving an order.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your alcohol if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions.
Full payment for private casks is required up front which is inclusive of insurance, tax, bottling, packaging and maturation management. The final number of bottles supplied to the customer is dependent on the natural process of ‘angels share’ and may change from cask to cask.
