Our salt battered distillery, once an old oyster hatchery, sits on the edge of the ocean in the old fishing town of Bicheno, on the east coast of Tasmania. We’ve lovingly restored the building into a world class production facility making one thing: maritime Tasmanian single malt whisky.

A full tour of Waubs Harbour Distillery, beginning in our Production Building and Bond Stores (barrel warehouses), concluding with a guided tasting of our recently released whisky tastings in our ocean-view Tasting Room. $70

Guided Whisky Tasting:

A guided tasting of our recently released whiskies, with an insight into who we are & why we do what we do, set in our ocean-view Tasting Room. $40
