All orders are shipped direct from our distillery to all states in Australia. If you’re outside Australia, please email us here and we’ll see what we can do.

Parcels are hand packed and posted within 1-2 working days of the order being placed and shipped with Australia Post. Standard Post delivery is approximately 4-8 working days, and Express Post delivery is approximately 2-4 working days but both are dependent on AusPost's schedule and of course COVID-19 may slightly impact timeframes. Find info on any delays here.

Proof of age and a signature are required upon receiving an order. If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable timeframe, you can track your parcel here or get in touch here and we’ll follow it up for you.

We offer a limited number of small casks available for private purchase. See our Private Cask page here for current availability.

Private tours are by appointment only. If you’re as passionate about whisky as we are, we welcome you to tour our distillery, learn more about our methodology and have a taste of the good stuff. Please email us here to arrange a time.
